Meet Dr Crosby
In my professional career, I’ve experienced A LOT! The highs and lows, the peaks and the valleys, the successes and the failures. I believe the balance of seeing both sides has allowed me to take what I’m doing as a Career Coach and add tremendous value to someone else’s journey.
I believe in the 4 levels of education (surface, institutional, applied, and shared). I have experienced them all, and I have realized that I have experienced what I have experienced and researched all that I have researched so that I can truly focus and make an impact on the shared level.
NEXT LEVEL PROFESSIONAL is about attraction. I am dedicating my career to coaching individuals to become more professionally attractive for their NEXT LEVEL!
